1. Product Availability and Pricing

Sellers are responsible for managing their product stock levels and pricing. If a product or service becomes unavailable, Rafir Dokan will notify the seller promptly and may suggest alternative products or process a refund if payment has already been made.

2. Order Cancellation and Limitations

Rafir Dokan reserves the right to reject or limit any order, especially if multiple orders are placed from the same account, billing address, or payment method. Orders suspected to be placed by dealers, distributors, or resellers may also be canceled.

3. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers are intended for single use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rafir Dokan reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not engage in illegal activities through the platform, including but not limited to providing false information, uploading malicious software, or attempting to access other users' personal information. Such activities may result in account termination.

5. Seller Account Management

Sellers can update their profile information, including phone number, password, and email address. To change the email address, sellers must verify the new email and confirm the change through a confirmation link sent to the new address.

6. Seller Dashboard and Support

Rafir Dokan provides a dedicated 'Seller Zone' where sellers can manage their store operations, update payment information, create product bundles, and respond to customer inquiries.
