Return & Refund Policy – Rafir Dokan

2. Return Process

  • Initiation: Log in to your Rafir Dokan account and navigate to the order history to initiate a return request.

  • Reason: Provide a valid reason for the return.

  • Approval: Once the return request is reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process and specify that you wish to exchange the item.

7. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Mandatory: For any return or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Video Guidelines:

    • Start recording before opening the package.

    • Show the package's condition, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process.

    • Clearly display any defects, damages, or discrepancies.

  • Note: Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
